This Blog is about a project to rehab a property while documenting the progress throughout the process. I will mostly be dealing with the experience of rehabbing a property with no real direction other than to witness the transformation from the beginning to the end product. Any tips and or best practices I will try to note for anyone else who may want to take on a similar project.
